How much does SuperOps.ai for solo MSPs cost?
For the first year, it costs you absolutely nothing. Yes, you read that right. You can manage up to 150 endpoints for a single technician and enjoy all the features from our highest plan at zero cost.

Can I extend the duration of the Solo plan?
No, you will not be able to extend the duration beyond the first year. At the end of the first year, you will need to upgrade to one of the paid plans. If you do not wish to upgrade, your account will be cancelled. You will have 14 days to take a backup of all your data after which your account and data will be permanently deleted.
What if I bring onboard more than one technician?
If you want to bring on more technicians at the end of the first year or sooner, you'll need to switch to one of the higher plans.
Can I buy endpoint add-ons during the first free year of the Solo plan?
No, the endpoint add-ons is available only for users on the starter, growth, and premium plans.
And, what if I have to start managing more than 150 endpoints?
The Solo plan lets you manage 150 endpoints and bring onboard only one technician for the first year. If the number of endpoints you manage increases, you'll need to switch to one of our paid plans.
Am I eligible for the Solo plan?
If you have one technician and less than 150 endpoints to manage, then this is the best plan to start with. As your business, technician, or endpoint count increases, you can move to a higher plan.
